We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but we’re working toward expanding the Ridin' Soulo vibe worldwide soon.
🪬 Processing Times
Each order is prepared with care and intention — not rushed.
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days before shipment.
During high-volume times (like holidays or special drops), processing may take a little longer as we make sure every package receives the love it deserves.
🌻 Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
When your items ship, you’ll get another email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.

Right now, we’re focusing on our domestic U.S. customers. International shipping isn’t available yet — but stay tuned as our soulful reach expands.

Please note that items purchased on SALE are non-returnable and final.

Each Ridin’ Soulo piece is made-to-order in our in-house studio — crafted by hand and screen-printed with love, care, and soulful intention.
Because of this, all sales are final (including no exchanges) unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Before placing your order, please review our size guides and care instructions carefully to ensure the perfect fit and feel — these pieces are made especially for you.
🌻 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@ridinsoulo.com within 30 days of your order placement.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Our team will carefully review your request and follow up with next steps, including return approval and a prepaid shipping label, if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email when your refund has been processed. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
